I just want to let you know how wonderful your entire staff have been to work with. When our National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Credit Union Task Force members were scheduled to attend a conference in Marco Island, Florida on May 22-24, the NAR Executive Offices recommended a more expensive transportation service in the Naples area. After checking out their recommendation and then viewing your website and speaking with your staff, the decision was made to use your vehicles to transport our attendees to the Marriott hotel.
I was abit of a novice at arranging transportation for out-of-town events; not too familiar with the frequent changes that can occur when coordinating pickup times with flight arrivals. Your staff were professional throughout the process, expertly handling all the details and providing me with e-mail updates. Michelle Castady and Lesley Marr were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all our needs; any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly.
Even after the contract was signed, the great customer service continued. Glenn Blackwelder became our point of contact and he, too, proved to be a gem. I made no fewer than 5 calls to Glenn and almost before I could hang up the phone, the change would be made and the e-mail notification from Glenn was received. One of our members had a flight cancellation and contacted Glenn directly - even before he contacted me. By the time I called Glenn, the cancellation was processed. My boss, Marlisa Senchak, also had the opportunity to speak directly with Glenn while making a change. Her experience mirrored mine; great customer service from a helpful and friendly staff.
It's easy to complain when we don't get what we feel we've paid for, harder sometimes to take the time to thank someone when you get more than you expect. My boss Marlisa and I both want to let you know how nice it is to work with true professionals who make our jobs easier. Our members were pleased with the cars and service and we would definitely recommend your team to any of our associations and affiliates traveling in the Florida area.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the wonderful job you did in sponsoring the table décor and coordinating co-sponsors for the staging and music for our Sixth Annual Tourism Awards luncheon. You exceeded my expectations! It is wonderful to know first hand what great services our area can provide to clients and to be able to recommend such service that assist in selling our destination. My name is Stephanie and I was the on-site contact for ECRM...we just finished up 2 programs at the Marriott hotel. I just wanted to send you a quick note to tell you what a wonderful job Naples Trans has done for us! We had no missed pick-ups and no complaints from clients....this could be a first in my 7 year career of working for ECRM. We do about 50 programs a year and Naples is probably the best I have ever dealt with. Michelle worked the first show for us and Glenn did the second. They were both fabulous to work with! We look forward to working with them again.

I couldn't have been more impressed with the high level of service provided to my staff and all of our attendees on our program at the Naples Grande Resort & Club. I would like to thank Lesley personally for all the time dedicated to the execution of our program. Although you were the Sales Manager it was extremely nice that you stayed involved during the execution phase. Our Operations Manager, Glenn, was so impressive as well. He was available to us night and day both prior to and during all of our events. He thought of everything and executed all of our activities, transportation and entertainment flawlessly. It is very rare to see such a high level of commitment as was provided to us by him. Can we bring you all with us to Cancun next year? It has truly been an extreme pleasure knowing and working with the NTT&EP team.
